8-22 Tripod has been implementing some drastic measures to curb excessive bandwidth usage from WebTV users.
Their "solution" caused more problems than they thought it would so they've lightened up a little.|
For now, if you have a file you can't upload out of Tripod, put a ? at the end of the url when you go to transfer it using the Freeloader. Something like:
http://members.tripod.com/~yoursite/blockedfile.jpg?. Or you can change the name of the file or move it to another subdirectory before you copy it.
That may work for you. My Tripod site was never affected but I know people who still can't get any of their graphic or sound files to work at all. I have more about it on the results page.
